Something is out of date
Has a firm on our lists relocated, switched numbers, stopped offering the job its list covers or closed down? Tell us at info@dublin10.com, naming the firm and its list, and we will recheck the entry and update the page.
A firm that is missing
Know a Dublin firm that deserves a place? Send its name and where it works. It is weighed on the four questions every listed firm went through, set out under ‘How we select’.
Owners and managers
Through ‘For Dublin firms’ in the menu, an owner can claim a listing at no cost, correct its opening times and address, add services, write its own description and compare Pro with Top. A firm that has no listing yet can ask to be added there.
What we can’t help with
We cannot give medical, legal, tax or building advice, arrange a job, an appointment or a quote, or settle arguments between you and a firm on the lists. Please keep health details, PPS numbers and copies of ID out of your messages. In an emergency, call 999 or 112.
If a firm lets you down
Start with the firm itself, in writing. If that fails, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission explains your consumer rights, and some professions have a body of their own to hear complaints: the Legal Services Regulatory Authority for solicitors, for example, or the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman for brokers and financial advisers.
