Legal notice

The essentials about Dublin 10: where to write, what its lists are and are not, how it earns income, who hosts it and which law applies.

The site

Name: Dublin 10

Website: dublin10.com

Email: info@dublin10.com

Use that address for anything at all: a correction, a question about the lists or a request about your personal data.

What it publishes

Short lists of Dublin firms and practices, compiled from public information about each, from what it says about itself and from our own editorial criteria. Dublin 10 is not a tradesperson, clinic or solicitor’s office, and it carries out no work, gives no professional advice and books or charges for nothing.

Where the income comes from

Dublin 10 shows no adverts from third parties. Income comes from Pro and Top, optional plans that only firms already listed can buy, both labelled wherever they appear.

Hosting

Cloudflare, Inc., based in San Francisco in the United States, hosts the site, defends it against attacks and delivers its pages.

Names and trademarks

Firm names, logos and any brands or products mentioned in the lists remain the property of their owners, and mentioning them implies no endorsement either way.

Law and other documents

Irish law applies to the site. The privacy policy and the terms of use, both linked at the foot of each page, belong to the same set of documents. None of them takes away the rights Irish law gives you as a consumer.
